Chaplain Services

“What does Chamber membership do for me?”

To provide the membership with the support of chaplains for counselling with personal, social, spiritual,  ethical, and moral problems.

Entrepreneurs in our community, working in isolation, shoulder the responsibilities of financial risk, the welfare of their employees, the hazards of the marketplace and the welfare of their customers and of our community on a daily basis.

At times they are expected to hide their personal stress and present their employees and clients with a smile and a reassuring look of confidence despite their private and personal trials.

Our Scugog business community can be subject to just as much stress and are in need of just as much personal and confidential counsel as our soldiers and hospital patients.

The Scugog Chamber of Commerce distinguishes itself among business organizations by creating the voluntary position of Chaplain to the Scugog Chamber of Commerce for the purpose of extending to its members, free access to confidential counselling on matters of a personal, spiritual, social, ethical or moral nature on a non-denominational basis.

See under our Board of Directors for our Pastor / Chaplain contact.
