About Us
Publishing of Port Perry was formed in 1999, primarily to publish books and documents of historical interest to the residents in the communities falling within Scugog and Uxbridge Townships.
In April 2006, Observer Publishing expanded its original mandate to begin publication of a monthly magazine called Focus On Scugog. This monthly news and features magazine relates stories about the people and events taking place within the community.
