Norsk Five Holdings Inc. was incorporated in 1986 and served as the parent company of Observer Publishing and Focus on Scugog until they were sold in May 2015. The company is operated by local historian, J. Peter Hvidsten, who will continue as an independent publisher of local historical features and publications.
