Community Care Durham (CCD), established in 1977, is a multi-service registered charitable organization. We provide Home Support (Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Foot Care) In Home Respite (Caregiver Relief) and COPE Mental Health services for adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. This would not be possible without the support of our volunteers, partners and community supporters. Our services are provided free of charge or for a minimal fee and are administered through various service locations across Durham Region. Services provided by Community Care Durham help adults in need maintain their health and independence at home – where they want to live – and to help adults and families cope with the increasing demand of caring for loved ones.
